Overwhelming Presence Aura Graphical Effect - YIKES

Ya'll have GOT to change the graphical effect for this.

I thought my game was glitching out. I reseratred. I cleared my texture cache. Eventually I googled and figured out it was this aura's graphical effect.

To call is over the top is an understatement. It's way, way, way too aggressive and noticeable and IMO makes the aura essentially unusable.

While I like the idea of the effect because it looks like the "aura presence" from the anime "Bleach" when someone goes full badass mode - I dislike the effect in the game pretty much. The visual clarity is basically nonexistent.
Even without it, it's sometimes hard to point out enemies, but with it!? Nearly impossible.
