Font of Rage not adding any DPS

I am not sure when this started, but I have font of rage as a support gem on Orb of Storms and I noticed when trying to check my DPS after some gear changes that I am getting no damage benefit from the +1% attack damage per 1 rage. Did they change how rage functions recently?

I use Font of Rage with Orb of Storms as well.
You have to stay close to it.
In the Top left of your Screen you can see your Rage stacks.
