skill effect is way too flashy

When a character with 20 attack speed hits the Storm Bell with an increased skill range effect, the skill effects are just way too flashy—my eyes are about to go blind! Has the dev team considered adding an option to disable or reduce skill effects?Even if I only play for ten minutes, staring at such flashy skill effects makes my eyes feel dry, even overheated—like they're about to explode, haha!
