Does PoE2 run on ARM CPUs?

Is it possible to run PoE2 on ARM-based systems such as the current Surface tablets/laptops (Snapdragon® X Elite)?

MacOS support is still a long way off, otherwise a MacBook would also be an option.

I'm about to have an operation followed by rehab and would have plenty of time to play PoE 2. But I don't have a laptop yet and would prefer a Surface or MacBook, but will PoE 2 run on them?
