Suggestion: Personalized Chat Filter

Can we get something like a personalized Filter that we can type in specific words that would automatically block users if they try to reach you using terminology that the general public might not find distasteful, but what you find hateful or vulgar.

Such as "Instant Delivery"

Or "Maybe want sell currency"
