support help, I used the wrong account when purchasing

Exactly a month has passed since I contacted support with a question about transferring a purchase from a sub-account....still no answer...it's terrible

I haven't written any new letters during this time

I am right there with you. I ended up with some mtx on the wrong account during the merging process. I sent support a message almost two months ago on January 10th, and have had no response at all.

Just hanging out in limbo. Feels bad.
