SCAMMED GGG SCAMMERS No Response from support been months.

basically spent $500 to not get the items I paid for and to be told I opted out of the physical items.... I'm in california there is No sales tax on steam it would've been a flat purchase of $480 and it was not the total spent. $497.69 is the total spent that's including the $17.69 shipping for my 3 items i've never received and its been months now and still support is lacking like my $500 isnt good or something or my concern is not good. [Removed by Support] Your guys game is what helped me get through my incident making me smile that I'm able to play something with one hand that can challenge me to get better and all that excitement absolutely crushed by the lack of support from the support team and Grinding Gear Games taking my money with no answers is ridiculous just look at the timestamps of these emails it's horrible. Please send me my $500 back so I can spend it on my medical bills and not some company that doesn't care about their supporters.

On December 7, 2024 I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack.

After three weeks of waiting and not receiving my physical goods, I contacted support at <support@grindinggear.com>. Support responded, informing me that a system error during checkout had prevented the processing of my physical items, despite my providing shipping details.

Support confirmed the contents of the physical pack as the Path of Exile 2 Art Book, the Path of Exile 2 Logo T-shirt, and the Path of Exile 2 Logo Hoodie, and asked for my confirmation. I replied confirming that I wished to receive these items.

As of March 12th 2025, still waiting on my physical items.
