Three months since account was locked

Hi, I'm just wondering if someone can help with my account situation
It has been 90 days since my account was locked The last reply I sent was on 12.26, more than 70 days ago, with all the information requested. Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. While I'm afraid we're unable to provide an ETA, we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've unfortunately fallen behind our usual standard.
