rollback in The memory of the elder in the Shaper's Realm

Hello,
I just bought the fragments to do The Memory of the Elder in the Shaper's Realm.

When I successfully complete the fight, I pick up my items and click on the portal to return to my hideout, but I lose connection to the server.

When I reconnect immediately, the portals are gone (I had 3 left), my dropped items no longer exist. I also have no more fragments to do the fight again, and the Chaos Orbs I invested in the fragments are not refunded.

This happened on the Paris (EU) server at 00:25. I was playing on my character named "Lefeley_Frostblade."

Can you do something about this?
