Cant Use Any Skills Or Attack In Mawdun Mine, Cant Attack anything!!!

I have to investigate Mawdun mine but have to run away from everything because i cant attack anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Any advice pls?

You're in the POE1 section. Try ask in the POE2 section. Perhaps there is some kind of debuff in that area or you have altered your build.
