Ranger and I can't ascend to Deadeye

Hello,

Pretty new to POE but I know something is wrong here. I have random ascendancies after the first lab?

I have Whisperer, Wildspeaker and Daughter of Oshabi.

What is going on?

You're playing in Phrecia league. The ascendancies have been change. If you want to play deadeye you will need to play one of the other leagues. Phrecia league is currently set to end in the back end of this month and will be migrated in to settlers league with the regular ascendancies.
