Stuck in loading screen of "jungle Ruins" PS5

My character is stuck in loading a zone:

I loaded up in town in act 3, Because i missed a zone & waystone i wanted to go into the zone in the top right. Now whenever I restart my game, I keep trying to load in that zone "jungle ruins", which is not loading. I restarted my game and ps5 to troubleshoot but both didn't fix it.

I just want to throw spears, so please help me.

My character is in Dawn of the Hunt regular league act 3.
