Request for Visual Accessibility Options due to Epilepsy

Dear Grinding Gear Games Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing as a long-time fan of Path of Exile who, unfortunately, has photosensitive epilepsy. While I truly enjoy the game and its depth, I often find it difficult (and sometimes unsafe) to play due to the intense visual effects of certain skills, particularly those involving bright flashes, flickering lights, and rapidly changing effects.

At the moment, the game does not seem to offer an option to reduce or disable these kinds of effects, which limits accessibility for players like me. I would be deeply grateful if you could consider implementing a visual accessibility mode or settings toggle that allows:

- Reduction of flashing and strobing effects
- Disabling post-processing or bloom more aggressively
- Subdued skill visuals (for both player and party members)

Even a small step in this direction would make a huge difference for players with neurological conditions. I understand this might not be easy to implement right away, but I wanted to raise the issue in hopes it can be taken into account for future updates or QoL improvements.
