permanent minion buff in 3.26?

while minions that you have to make all the time like bama, srs and animate weapons all do well if you lean on the crutch that is building for poison, could we get some love to the permanent minions like zombies, golems, and even skeletons.

also could we get some proper scaling options for minions, outside of gem levels or poison there isnt really any way to scale them in any effective way.
