how to use my Crucible Hideout？

I purchased the Crucible Hideout, but I can't find it in the game. What conditions must be met to use the Crucible Hideout?

Try talking to Helana. Is it on her list of hideouts?

I think OP is playing PoE 2, so no Helena to talk to. NPC for hideouts is later in the game.

Are they? I can't tell account looks private to me. I checked on POE1 store, there is a crucible hideout, which I guess probably works on both. Try those NPC's depending on which game you are in and see if it is on their list.
