Double additional Resistances on Flasks

I use these two to make Melding of the Flesh work.

No.
Seems to work with additional Resistances. When i use a Bismuth without elemental resitances and switch it to the one with additional restistances (which are smaller than on the Saffire Flask) it adds to it. 1 flask has 67% increased effect and 25% reduced - 42% increased effect

" This is true. " Is it? Where are you able to see that? Aren't both the flasks they added in the OP increased 25%? I'm trying to look at the POB, but for some reason I'm seeing the resistances much lower, even with Alira. Not sure what I haven't ticked.
