Disappearing ascendency points.

I ran trial of chaos for my ascendency points. Lost connection, and when I came back the offering was gone. Support says this means I am just put 2 points for that character.

If you got a response from support I assume it is correct. In POE1 there is a chat command you can type to see how many ascendancy points you have allocated and available. Perhaps there is something similar in POE2. There is a lot of questions come up here about these Chaos trials, but you might get more information about it in the early access sections.
