Missing one Curse [self solved]

I run 4 Curses: Conductivity, Elemental Weakness, Enfeeble & Sniper's Mark.

But Condutivity doesnt show up.
The last days i thought its because i also run Born in the Shadows which blinds enemies.
But according to PoE Wiki its a Debuff, not a curse.
And i testet it without the Gem, still no Conductivity.

Whats wrong here?

Found it.
Empower increased the Curse Cost too much for my Mana Pool.
