Make "Raise Shield" to a "Strike" too, maybe if it is not too overpowered - dont know

Here some emotional Information:
Since the Shield-Bash is a short-ranged Attack on Melee-Range, especially used in Combination with Mace-Strikes (or other Martial Weapons), it is completly unlogical, not being a "Strike".
