Frustration With Support Process, Banned After Reporting Stolen Account

After my Steam account got stolen and I got it back through Steam Support, my PoE 2 account was compromised. I contacted support to ask why my characters were deleted. They kept asking for all kinds of verification like Steam ID, PoE 2 transactions, purchases, IP address and more. I’ve been banned for weeks just because I asked one question. They won’t respond anymore. The last thing they told me was to download PoE 1, play a bit and then send them my progress, but it just keeps dragging on. I should’ve never contacted support. The guy from support was named Ian.

Now my email address has been blocked due to multiple inquiries. I paid 27 euros for this game. I supported this game, by the way

I hope you get your money back, there are people who spent 500+ and have the same problem. Now you know that you should not get involved in business with this company, good luck.
Just refund request on steam.

From what I've heard and seen they never actually work with people who were banned erroneously or had stolen accounts.
