No support feedback
It seems to me that support doesn't give a dime about us, i have the account locked because of a refund from steam and now that i rebought the game support won't even respond to the emails that i've sent way back 2 months ago, i only need to link my account to steam in order to play the game, but they will just let us wait, probably until the official launch of the game to solve most of our problems. Most probably one of the junior support member will respond to this thread with an already written message and lock it, because they can't give a proper explanation regarding some of us waiting more than 6 months because of the locked accounts and transaction problems and sending us to the same loop of sending an email and waiting for some endless response months after our desire to play the game
