Currency Exchange

Unlocking should be for all characters, after unlocking for 1st character. Since there is nothing stopping someone from just using another character to access currency exchange.

It should (within a league).

It is a nuisance the way that it is currently implemented, for example when levelling alts.

It is especially problematic for Hardcore leagues where the player may no longer have a character in league that can manage their listings (which also impact the Exchange in other leagues).
