Lightning Warp: some issues and feedback

And they are kind of all over the place, however the biggest complaint is that you can't really manage the use of the skill.

LW + BL is setup to be a combo skill, however, it is more like random directional teleporting.

Flat out, it should work with directional/targeting controls. It should LW you to the BL nearest your cursor or zone being focused on by the controller. This would give it the tactical leverage it needs.
