Please buff movement speed of characters

The last patch sounds good especially the chase uniques

But please buff base movement speed or make Blink not costing spirit or something

Game is too slow

Open a Breach, clear it on Lightning Spear and then go loot exalts (dropped from rares) for 30 seconds. You will see.

(Yeah the change with splinters is great. You still need to take other loot, it takes time)

Just improve base ms by 40%. This will fix a lot of complains.
