Xesht second phase t3+

The fight is not hard, but very anoying for set up builds.
I'm plaing galvanic shard + shockbust rounds, on the second phase when i shock the boss to do some dps, he just summon the arms + one mecanic, then afer, the shock is gone.
The latter levels of the boss punish combo gameplay hard.

The ideia was to use plasma blast for a longe shock, but no way to load it up in the mecanic spam.
