Temper weapon, slow and cumbersome

Feela slow, like roblox slow. Needs a lvl 3 gem or somthing to give it a flat buff to speed higher than the 20% gem. Cant quality it up on console even though itnshows speed but even with that I think it'll be too slow for end game.
Imo, a 50% gem would be nice exclusive to the skill.
Or one that gave an extra charge, reducing the total whack it time to 3 stokes from 4 to get max stacks of whacking power
The skill currently feels incredibly slow and cumbersome at end game, but the dmg from its been ok, would happily give up dmg for more whak speed tho.
What in saying is, my dirty anvil needs a better spanking.
