Stats stacking becomes easier with Gems and Paragon, and thanks to this, you can reach 2 thousand numbers. (Imagine the effect of 2000 str points on your health) In Poe2, it is a bit difficult to see 10 thousand and above HP. Because there are not enough multipler nodes.

Don't be fooled by me giving this as an example only in HP, the same issues apply to Energy shield or mana stack.
In total, it should be normal to see 10 15k health and defense in a warrior above level 85.
Or it should be normal to see 10 thousand mana and 2000 int in a wizard above level 85, in other words it should be doable.
A class that uses Dex should be able to see 2000 dex after level 85.

Why don't you convert charms to the flask system in Poe1? In Poe1, flasks allowed you to meet your character's deficiencies in that aspect.
