Performance in general needs a lot of work

Hey all, im running a Tomahawk B550 MB, got a asus tuf 5080, great ram, ryzen 5950x and I am still usually rubberbanding between 50-80 FPS for most big fights. This just seems like it has to be something game side. My temps are cool at 70 while playing, CPU never above 30% really, GPU rarely ever goes above 40% usage.

So this has to just be the game not being optimized very well right? My specs kick the crap out of even the recommended specs so thats why im thinking this. Graphics drivers are up to date, even did a DDU flush and clean reinstall. Still not running great which is definitely a bummer. Anyone have ideas?

In town i usually get 90-120 fps, in maps and fights it can really slow down at times. What is strange is tbh i felt like it ran better on my 3080, since upgrading to the 5080 it feels like...its somehow running worse. Yes everything was properly installed and checked/optimized outside of the game settings itself.
