Framerate/performance issues since last patch

Since around the last patch im experiencing some notable issues when playing the game. framerate is between 30 and 60, dropping massivly when screen is full of mobs. since the last few days its pretty unplayable.

didnt have the problem before and didnt change the setup.

anyone else experiencing similar issues?
