chaos lvl 3 support gems that add damage are terrible.

so you askig 10% ducking of hp for miseally 25% damage increase?! nobody gonna pick that! literally dead gem...



also there a support gem that adds like 8% chaos damage per 100 int but adds shield cost to the spell that is equal to the int amount.
