Elemental Penetration Map Mod

25% elemental penetration is the single most disgusting and overpowered map mod I have ever seen in the entire history of both games. At least reflection and no recovery could be somewhat played around by a few builds but goddamn 25% elemental penetration????

You do realize that's straight up double damage all by itself yes? The next closest map mod is under 40%.....

Surely some junior dev threw this in the game and this is unintentional yes? We already have such terrible defenses and health compared to poe1 and somehow now we get a "You get hit you die" mod thrown in too?
