Make pausing an optional feature in settings (but "always off" in pinnacle content, etc.)

Is this possible? Seems like this would be the win-win scenario for everyone.

I see only an advantage, why do you want to turn it off?

It will already be off in pinnacle encounters. they have a debuff that dont allow you to pause.

Your suggestion is extra work. We're lucky to be getting anything so just be grateful that we're getting something. I just hope this isn't going to be the treatment that d2r has gotten.

Qol additions but no content would kill it for me.
