Conjures Lightning Storms rare mod needs to go, or to be thought over.

While the game in its current state has a healthy amount of mechanics that can be considered more or less BS, nearly all of them have a way to be avoided. Some of the worst offenders, like Volatile Plants or Chaos Boils can be annoyingly, but reliably dealt with by walking around enough, since the window between contact and explosion is long enough for most characters to dodge roll or just walk away. Most one shots are properly telegraphed or slow enough to avoid. On the other hand, even volatile plants deals a relatively decent enough damage to where 75% chaos res and some stun threshold makes it less annoying to deal with.

Rares that Conjure Lightning Storms though:
* Cannot be evaded or blocked. (Except with acrobatics, but that isn't much help either because...)
* They trigger excessively often, and the window between trigger and explosion is too fast.
* Cannot be baited/lured like Volatiles.
* Ignore created objects unlike volatiles or shroud walker.
* Don't get any reduction from Armour, and the only nodes that could help with this are too far away from the classes that would realistically want to use armour.
* Even at 85% lightning res, with a large enough life pool and stun threshold, will deal enough damage not only to stunlock, but also probably kill you instantly.
* If they spawn on Trial of Sekhemas, you're basically forced to lose honour no matter what.

This leaves the only "mechanic" in the game capable of dealing with them being "kill it before it can even show up", which from my understanding based on how every other mechanic has at least one way to be dealt with, is not what the goal is in PoE2.

Honestly, if it just triggered slower or less often it would already be a huge improvement.
