You NEED to fix this GGG - NOW.

For the past several days there has been a serious lag issue. It has gotten worse each day. I'm in NZ, playing on the Auckland server. My connection is fine, consistently pulling 300+mb dl and near that ul.

I'll be sitting on ~20 ping, only to have it spike up to ~200 every minute or few. About an hour ago it cracked ~600 at one point. I've burned a lot of maps and waystones because of deaths caused by this, never mind the loot I've missed or the XP I've lost. And I'm not running LS/some other meta and buying everything, so this hurts. I just had a go on the Singapore server for shits and giggles, and the ping was just as unstable (only higher, obviously), until about 2 minutes in when I watched it get all the way up to ~11,000 before disconnecting me.

Every time I've brought it up in chat, I've had loads of people express their similar frustrations, from different locations and in different servers.

What the hell is going on?

You can't seriously be considering putting out something like 0.2.1 (which in theory will draw loads of players back in), when you've got such a problem going on.

I don't want to hear any BS about getting DDOSed, or not being able to replicate the issue. The former is rubbish - the rest of the gaming universe manages to do just fine without such lag issues for the most part (and you're not that special) - and the latter is such an arrogant take (at least how I've seen it expressed in a number of interviews).

Again, it is not my connection, or my setup. I've run ping tests on your sites and other NZ + big international ones simultaneously, and it's yours alone that are having the big spikes. And my computer is dope, barely a year old, and well maintained.

Please fix it.

Such as lags makes you wonder if it worth updating to RTX5080...

That's why XP penalty crap should be removed. But GGG is deaf...
