Play on Local server

Hi, just curious question for the devs team. I'm not a tech savvy but is it possible for this game to be played on local server? Cuz the overall server is so bad, I had ping spikes once awhile and its really annoying. and because I play SSF anyway and barely chat with ppl, so I thought its cool idea to play it on local server. I tried switch server but every server has the same problem. At first I thought because this game not really popular in SEA so they use bad server for singapore, but when I try to connect to other server like NZ, FR, CA, I still have the same problem. Just curious, don't bully pls :'( TY
