I fixed my game stability with a static IP

I thought this might be useful info for GGG after watching the Talkative Tri interview. In the last month, I called my isp to ask them if they could do anything about the constant lag spikes and disconnects I was getting in PoE 2, and they switched me to a static IP. Since then the game has been super smooth and I haven't had any problems. I thought I'd let GGG know on the off chance that it helps them to figure out something about the nature of the connectivity issues that people are having. Also, for anyone reading this, maybe you can call your isp and make the same request :)

Having a static WAN IP is a coin flip at best, that you have had no issues since is just confirmation bias sorry.
At the moment you have a fresh WAN IP (which now will never change) and a good route. When that route gets bad I’d typically reboot my router for a new WAN IP and new (hopefully better) route, you no longer can.
