Game paused

The game keeps pausing all the time and the network Ms keeps spiking from my usual 17ms to over 200ms and it's like every 3 seconds, only poe2 does it, no other game does it, starting happening from about 3 updates ago.

Post a WinMTR log created as soon as possible after you next notice this happening. The log is unlikely to contain any helpful data if the issue hasn't happened very recently.
