Bring Back Pre-League Skill Balance Patch

Hey GGG!

I still remember the good old days when a skill balance patch would drop a few days before the league — that was magic! My friends and I would stay up late going over the changes, guessing the buffs and nerfs, and getting hyped planning our builds even before the trailer hit.

We really miss that part of the league cycle — the theorycrafting, the discussions, the excitement of picking a build before everything goes live. Nowadays, everything drops at once, and it can feel a bit overwhelming.

Would love to see a return to that approach: give players a few days with the balance changes ahead of time. It brought so much fun and community engagement!
