FPS Drops in game. Literally unplayable.

Hello guys, I am having this problem where I am having a 100 percent GPU usage and the GPU ms is high like around 200 to 300 ms, causing frame rate drop as low as 3 fps. I already experience the lag in the title screen. In-game there's no difference. Literally unplayable.

I have searched for solutions in the forum and youtube but to no avail. I have tried adjusting the graphics settings, deleting shader cache, changed global and trade chat server, updating drivers, but still the problem persists.

Is there any way to fix this? Is it my laptop or the game is not optimized yet?

I am playing on my laptop with 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13500H, RTX 4050 6GB, 32 GB RAM, and 2 TB of SSD storage.
