Moderation on these forums is a joke

You are on a moderated forum. There is no such thing as "free speech" in a space that specifically tells you there are rules. Just like how you can't yell "bomb" on an airplane, or "fire" in a movie theater.

It's not hard to know when your post will get moderated. Perhaps its a sign you need to look inward a bit more if you are truly perplexed and "walking on eggshells" lol.

"Freedom of speech" has never, not once, not EVER, applied to businesses or people. It refers to protection from government censorship, and literally nothing else.

"The government of [wherever you live]" isn't censoring your posts, "Grinding Gear Games, sub" is. Which they are completely allowed to do in a space which they own. It doesn't matter if what you're saying is generally acceptable in broader society or not, it doesn't matter if what you said is or isn't offensive, it doesn't matter if the enforcement is arbitrary and shows blatant double-standards; they're still allowed to do it. It's their website.

It's the equivalent of, your neighbor is allowed to kick you out of his house if you try to tell him the Earth isn't flat. It doesn't matter if you're right, it's his house so it's his rules. If you have a problem with that, stop going over to his house.
