Technical Support (Path of Exile 1) - Connectivity Issue In California Realm - Forum

Ping spikes happens in Domain of Timeless conflict. CPU and GPU is fine, but network ms ping spikes uncontrollably.

I connect to a Path of Exile 1 server in a different country; my average ping to it is ~24 ms. Your average ping to the router IN YOUR OWN HOME is 84 ms. The log further shows a ping as high as 3,030 as well as one ping which either got dropped or timed-out.

Are you using an Ethernet cable (it must be either loose or damaged, if so...), WiFi, or a powerline adapter kit to connect your desktop or laptop to your internet router?
