driver issue

what the point of new things when you have a driver issue and or a gateway issue that is affecting both your games i haven't been able to play either game for over 2 months now. i have spent money on both these games and your not even mentioning these issues or anything how can i get excited for anything your doing right now if i cant even get the damn game to launch. iv put in tickets iv emailed your tech support and got told put it in the forums well here i am here yelling in public. I GET THE NVIDEA IS THE PROBLEM BUT YOU HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THIS ISSUE SINCE POE2 EA LAUNCHED
