Chaos Golems
Chaos Golems no longer grant additional physical reduction.
I disagree with this huge nerf... Edit: And the Elemancer node is gone. Damn... Last edited by MagosX#1099 on Jun 5, 2025, 6:27:53 PM Last bumped on Jun 17, 2025, 12:57:22 AM

They release patch notes?

Strongly agree.
This change is 100% build breaking and if implemented, will either force me into a cookie-cutter block-based build, or make minion builds just not worth the trouble. Minions builds are already substantially lower DPS on average and have disadvantages in control. If we can't even survive a stray hit.... Edit: And yeah, I saw that with elemancer, too. Elementalists are already only 1% of leaderboard, and golemancers maybe 3% of that. Way to make us <1% & <1% of that =( Edit #2: I ran PoB & really dug into patchnotes. w/ Elemancer gone & chaos golem change, I'm losing 41% of phys max hit, 35% of regen, and the only advantage Elementalists had over Necromancers is gone (2 golem nodes instead of 1). The buffs to Stone golems don't even make up 5% of the difference. I feel like we elementalists need to get a petition started or something. There is literally no reason whatsoever to play golemancer anymore, and Necro + Undead is the only viable minion class now (and even it feels these nerfs). Very sad day for build diversity. huge nerf to golem summoner, maybe they just dont like summoner at all.
Other enhancements are not very useful. Golems actually need some big buffs since almost no one uses them. |

I eyebrow raised at this change and personally think they should have split the modifiers between 2 chaos golem trans gems - it isn't that i think the new mods are shit i think they are pretty good for certain builds.
but the PDR was also very good for certain builds and I used to use it all the damn time, i'll miss it. |

I figured with the AG changes minion enjoyers would be happy.

" I'm convinced that all AG players just liked how bad**s and hardcore it was to play with the risk of losing all of AG's gear... I've not played a serious AG build myself (I was never hardcore enough), but I've had many long discussions w/ AG players & mapped w/ others playing AG before and well... it always seemed like a designer build. Cool because it was hardcore, risky, & expensive, not despite it. My golemancer DPS was consistantly only around -25% lower on around -90% smaller budget whenever I compared notes w/ AG builds, usually with similar clear, & I usually had better defences. I think we'll see an uptick in casual AG use this next league, but I actually think we may see less interest in AG long term because it lost that bragging-rights appeal of playing a build where a screw up could cost you 100 div.
