frenzy of onslaught

hi, please considerer buffing frenzy of onslaught, its effect its very bad and i think it fits with the group of transfigured gems that are underperfoming, it's design goes against the skill idea of stacking frenzy charges, and the trade-off is not worth as onslaught is a very easy to get this buff
