Valor for banners still cannot be generated with steel skills

As the title says, steel skills are still in an unfortunate position for champions. Before 3.26, they couldn't generate fortify and they couldn't generate valor, so most of the champion ascendancy points didn't fit. Now, we are back to the old "You count as max fortify" which is great for steel skills, and I love the banner node changes, but I realized that valor as a mechanic still hates steel skills. Can we get a fix for this for the league launch? I was really looking forward to banner/fortify steel champion.

nobody generated valour with skills anyway

the ONLY way to play banners was 'warcry pump' - 2-3 warcries on autoexertion + mastery that gives you 5 per warcry + passives to get increased valour


any other method was pointless and took half of the map to charge one banner
