Gold in outside map content

I think it would be reasonable to add some (doesn't have to be a lot) gold drop
in outside map content, like Heist, Sanctum, Delve etc.

If you want to spend time doing this kind of content you end up with no gold, and I don't think that is good now that you make Kingsmarch+currency exchange core.
