Party Level Restrictions

Please let the party leader impose restrictions on the level of new players entering. Something like Lvl 80 - 90.

There is little fun starting a party when lvl 100 gonzos enter and clean the map in a glimpse.

There has been a similar proposal from 2014 archived but uncommented.
