Black screen at random moments during gameplay

Last summer, I switched to a new laptop: MSI Katana 17 B12VGK.

Everything generally works fine, but sometimes, at completely random moments, the screen goes black. The game itself keeps running in the background — I can still hear the in-game sounds. ALT + TAB doesn't help, the black screen affects all processes, and it stays like this for about 20 seconds. After that, the laptop "recovers" and I can use it normally again, but the game has already closed, so I have to restart it. Sometimes this black screen doesn't appear for weeks, and sometimes it can happen every 10 minutes.

What could be causing this issue?
