Feedback on Melee changes and Suggestions.

Warcries do not last long enough even if you fully invest in duration and, please, don't mention Call to Arms, I don't get the point trading so much of their strengths for them to last longer (what is there left that last longer longer lmao?)

A better approach would've been :

100% more Warcry Duration
Warcry loses Buff Effect over their duration, down to 25% at 75% elapsed


Next topic, Totem 2.0 or per their name, Banners.
Valour is absolutely awful to stack and really needs a buff. You are forced into allocating a Warcry mastery to help, and still its not enough.
There should be a Rage or Banner mastery that grant

Everytime you generate Rage, half of it is also gained as Valour

I also think Valour should be refunded if you recall the Banner before its full duration, the banner should consume Valour while its down and the amount of Valour left should be refunded (half of it maybe). There could also be a Valour Tincture or a mod.

Lastly, Rage changes are okeish but it could've gotten a bit more. The Rage depletion when out of combat mechanic should've been :
