prismatic burst support

this support see little to no use becouse of how it works and most using it got it from forbidden shako becouse lv35 beat and by a large margin all other options.

i suggest a simple change, Change the Quality from:

1% increased Elemental Damage per point of quality

to

0.04% increased AOE every 10 str per point of quality
0.04% increased damage every 10 int per point of quality
0.04% increased crit multi every 10 dex per point of quality


with 20 quality:
0.8% increased AOE every 10 str
0.8% increased damage every 10 int
0.8% increased crit multi every 10 dex

with a strong quality bonus it could be improved without worrying about forbidden shako.
